By Ferry
For a comfortable and fast option, take a ferry from Sheung Wan (45–60 minutes) to Shenzhen Shekou Port, followed by a short 5–10 minute taxi ride to the academy.
For the best of both worlds, you can take the ferry to Shenzhen and then a bus back as buses boast extreme flexibility.

Head to The Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal
Go to the Hong Kong–Macau Ferry Terminal located in the Shun Tak Centre, Sheung Wan. You can reach the terminal directly via the Sheung Wan MTR Station (Exit D).

Take the Ferry to Shekou
Purchase a ticket for the ferry bound for Shenzhen Shekou Cruise Homeport.
Duration: The crossing takes approximately 60 minutes.

Arrival and Immigration
Once you arrive at the Shekou Cruise Homeport, you will pass through Chinese Immigration and Customs. Ensure you have your travel documents (Passport or Home Return Permit) ready.
This terminal is generally much quieter than land crossings. Immigration is typically very quick, often taking only 5 to 10 minutes to clear.

For a convenient and economical route, take a 45-minute cross-boundary bus from various Hong Kong locations—including Sheung Wan, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, and Kowloon—directly to the Shenzhen Bay Port. After a quick immigration clearing, the academy is a minute taxi or DiDi ride away.

While there are pickup points located throughout Kowloon (such as Tsim Sha Tsui, Prince Edward, and Kwun Tong) and Hong Kong Island (Causeway Bay and Wan Chai), the most direct route often starts at the Shun Tak Centre in Sheung Wan.
Departure Point: Head to the cross-border bus counters at the Shun Tak Centre (Sheung Wan MTR Exit D).
